Dalcha
Dalcha is a traditional lentil-based stew that is made in many different regions of South India. There are many different versions of this recipe and I can’t wait for you to try my Naani’s version of it. This dish is not only delicious but also extremely healthy as it is primarily made of 3 main ingredients- dal, mutton (goat meat), and vegetables. This is a quick and easy one-pot meal. I love enjoying this stew over a steaming bowl of pulao or with a side of roti and ghee.
