Aloo Keema
My Naani’s authentic, homestyle, Aloo Keema – ground beef and potato. An easy traditional, one-pot recipe packed with flavor. This is definitely one of those memory-evoking dishes that take me back to my Ramadans growing up. The contrast between the meaty beef and the tender potatoes makes for the best comfort food. This is the perfect side to enjoy with warm rotis or a bowl of pulao.
